  • mmmisformommy@suziconfesses truthfully I still don't even know... probably both. I never intended to stay full-on keto for so long... and since I have to try laying off dairy for a bit to see if there's a change, something had to give.... still no sugars or grains, just some bonus (not green) veggies from time to time. I ❤ veggies.
