Our new favorite warm winter salad. I sauté #radicchio halves in a little olive oil and then place a lid on the pan to lightly steam. When the are al dente they go face up on the plate and are drizzled with the syrupy balsamic vinegar which oozes throughout the leaves. Sweet and bitter perfection! But today it got better with dehydrated #homegrown tomatoes and red onion. #alltheflavors #umami #realfood #salad #bittergreens #notfermented😉
