This is my first time making my own spreadable butter. Since I'm going for less dairy, this will be a start. 1 cup of butter and half a cup of olive oil in the food processor until its smooth. This goes back in the fridge but is supposed to stay soft and spreadable. It'll also help swap some saturated fats for monounsaturated (read last post).
