About 7 years ago I wanted to invent a diet that was purely based on Mexican Food. So I could eat it everyday and claim it was mega healthy. There's now a book on Amazon called 'The Mexican Food Diet' and I didn't write it. Some clever b*tch stole my idea. Faced with such a dramatic dilemma, I did two things. First, I went out and ate the best fish tacos ever. Then, I wrote a different book.
