Swinging some kettlebells tonight 💪🏻 Awesome workout of 21, 15, 9 Burpees, Russian Kettlebell Swings, and 1 minute planks. But the silent story here is the 2 minute push up test we did before the workout even started. I was able to get in 22 full push ups (no knees) before totally giving out. Shifting my mindset to STRONG. 👊🏻
