citnutritionallyFINALLY feeling better so I'm having a chia pudding party this mornin' with NO ADDED SUGAR to kick off this #SugarDetox with @furtherfood! 💃🏽 Chia pudding has been my go-to brekkie the past couple of weeks -- cold OR warm -- because it's so filling, fun to make -- and doesn't take overnight, despite what most say, it's deeeelish 🤗 and FULL of good stuff ((fiber, protein AND healthy fats...what more can you ask for?!)) 💁🏻
All of these recipes are coming soon to the bloggity, but here's the basic dealio >> I use a 1:4 ratio of @mammachia chia seeds to liquid (@so_delicious unsweetened coconut milk has been my go-to this week!), add cinnamon, a pinch of salt and BAM. Deliciousness! Decorate as you pleaseeeee 😋
