Staying in a hotel for a week, and I'm so glad I brought some of my peanut granola bars for breakfast ... Super easy to make and also so feel good for mid-morning coffee break in the week!

Recipe:
Put a pan on low heat, and add a few tbsp of peanut butter (the good no-added-shit stuff) and syrup, and keep stirring until it's melted together. Take off the heat, mix in a load of chunky oats, dried cranberries and seeds. Put into a paper lined pan and squish in some walnuts on top. Refrigerate until they set, cut up into pieces and enjoy!
