My first try to make cinnamon rolls from scratch using #amyshealthybaking recipe for an alternative to the normal version. One rolls has only about 110 kcal, no refined flour or sugar.... Try it!! 😎
I had one of those with a protein shake as post-workout meal, AND since yesterday added some BCAAs to my supplements.💪😬
Adding calories seems so wrong to me, but I know I need to in order to build more muscle... 😏 Let's just hope fat gains stay moderate 😂 .
