On 28th February, we are running a Whisky Dinner with @thebalvenie
Chef Rishi will be whipping up dishes with elements from their distillery in Scotland, such as Snapper smoked with wooden staves of the whisky barrels, or Scottish barley grown on William Grant & Sons’ own farm and malt at The Balvenie’s own malting floor served with a Ribeye, and even an ice cream with flavours of Hay, Pear and Molasses to mimic those of certain Balvenie expressions. The Balvenie Brand Ambassador @nstra87 will also be present to guide diners through the 5 Rare Crafts
