*Smiling through*

I've been very quiet across social media and the blog recently. I had a relapse in my depression and I've had to take a step back. Thanks to my wonderful husband I have been able to catch up on lots of rest. I have also got my priorities in order and I'm feeling much happier. I'm also taking inspiration from this happy chap. Who is still smiling despite being full of cold, with a nasty cough and his two front bottom teeth cutting through. He reminds me that I always feel better when I'm smiling through. What makes you feel better when you're having a bad day?
