I truly want every single woman to be happy, healthy, fit, and fab. Watching unqualified people give horrendous fitness (and nutrition) advice and then watching it be executed (with no results) is so frustrating. Plain and simple: if you want a toned ass, kickbacks aren't going to do it for you.
