- beardo_bbq@jsepe23 @grill_lovers1 This was grilled indirect at 200c (392f) with a lump of cherry wood for about an hour and a quarter, until the internal temperature reached around 80c (176f). The internal temp can be slightly higher than chicken as it doesn't dry out as easily due to it being more fatty.
