Back at the canvas today, belting out this Alexander "Don't Call Me Al" Hamilton portrait. 8x10 acrylic on canvas. That's nine days in a row, so for a cheap thrill, check out the other posts.

  • parachutingontuesdayCani get a Teddy Roosevelt? Also, are you doing these for fun or selling?
  • robozborne@parachutingontuesday the daily paintings are a part of my 2017 Painting Mission. (Sounds big and important, right?) This is a project I first attempted in 2014. The gist is that I complete a painting each day, every day for, well, a lot of days in a row. Last time, I think I painted 103 consecutive days. For this effort, my plans are far more grandiose. So, to come around to your question, I'm doing this for fun, yes. The thing is pretty exhilarating, actually. I'm also a pro, so yeah, the art will all be offered for sale. We haven't settled on how the pieces will be offered, but that is coming soon. I now have several freshly painted canvases in the studio, and that collection will get bigger every day, so these paintings will need new homes soon! Cool?
  • parachutingontuesdayVery cool! 10,000 hours to be an expert, ammitrite. Well on your way! I'll keep following the journey.
