Only one more day left in the 21 day fitness challenge. I have absolutely suffered through pain, endured injury, pushed through fatigue, 6am wake ups, endless burpees, wall balls, weighted squats, push presses and even avoided most "bad foods" including alcohol and gasp! sugar. Even in my coffee. It hasn't been perfect, but this isn't about a 21 day sacrifice or a revolution, it's about a learning how hard I can really push myself and maintaining momentum. Given all that tomorrow will be all about indulging and celebrating. The real hard part begins after that, when there's no one there beside for me best (competitive to my core) and coaches screaming my name to push through those last burning seconds. It's back to me, my discipline and my love/hate relationship with fitness. How do you stay motivated? I need to fuel my discipline.
