After a long day, for a late dinner I made #caulipots- mashed (purple!) cauliflower and potatoes with mushroom gravy, roughly following the #ohsheglows recipes. Wish I had purple potatoes too, but the fingerlings from the #hollywoodfarmersmarket worked quite well. 
#nutritionnerd tip: use the water from cooking the vegetables for the gravy to save those water-soluble nutrients! And adding lots of mushrooms, onion and garlic means you don't need much oil at all. 
A pretty fun way to eat an entire head of cauliflower. 😳😎🤘🏻🌱💚
