Recipes:
Peanut noodles: fry ginger, garlic and finely chopped onion in sesame oil in a pan. Lower heat and add peanut butter and soy sauce. Mix around until it turns into a creamy sauce and add in a load of cooked noodles and spring onion.

Sweet chilli tofu: using extra firm tofu, slice it up into strips and roll in some flower. Fry the tofu, turning regularly until all sides are crispy and golden (I fry it in coconut oil). In another pan, add a cup of water, some chopped garlic and ginger, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce. Bring to the boil then boil down until it's a thick glaze. Throw in the tofu, mix it around and cook further on the heat until the glaze thickens on the crispy tofu to the way you like it best. Some might like saucy, others crispy.... 😎 done!
