This Blood Orange Sherry Cobbler is a small riff on a very old recipe from Jerry Thomas' Bartender's Guide. Just muddle 3 (blood) orange slices with 1 tbsp of sugar, then add 3.5 oz. Amontillado Sherry. Shake with ice, strain into a glass, and top with crushed ice. It's one of the tastiest things I've made in a while! So refreshing, and low in alcohol content to boot. Also a great reason to use my new Lewis bag and copper straws from @viskistyle!
