Helping a friend pack to move, I stumbled upon these "yogi toes". They are surprisingly comfortable. In yoga, of course, you want to be able to activate this motion on your own. It's helpful to walk barefooted during the days with attention to the bottom of the feet and toes spread. Wearing these right now is like getting a foot massage. Feels so good.   • yogarobin108@littleskyhome that's what the experts say. it's about retraining the alignment and activation of you big toe. Maritza also talks about how it works with dedication to it. My friend has these for recovery from a planter's fascia surgery but also a slight bunion starting.
