Tonight I made the cholent (traditional Jewish stew) from one of Margaux's fave books, Chik Chak Shabbat. I love that Mara Rockliff's version in the book is #vegan ; ) Beans, potatoes, onions, carrots, barley, tomatoes and spices. Yum!! Literature and cooking coming together ❤
