Whether you are potty training 🚽 the littles or if your own bladder is weak (pregnancy'll do that to ya), grab cypress.  This essential oil supports the circulatory system and helps to strengthen the bladder.  It has totally helped me and I know several mamas who use it to help with bed-wetting and potty-learning.

To use, add about 10 drops to a 10ml roller bottle and top with a carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil is my fave). Swipe on the belly a few times a day.  This little recipe is good for grandma, mom, and toddlers.

Because potty learning can be stressful {for mom + child}, lavender is a must.  Inhale from the bottle or apply to the wrists. 🙌🏼 Super calming.
