- arfoodie@raghavaniyer So two questions...how to keep yogurt from curdling (still came together OK) and how to thicken sauce?
- raghavaniyer@arfoodie add a bit of heavy Cream to the yogurt. That will stabilize it. In terms of thickness either you cook IT down to reduce it or add a bit of cornstarch slurry to the sauce.
