Rajasthani Laal Maas- Slow cooked rustic lamb curry with chillies, coriander, garlic and green cardamom. The key to this recipe is using Mathania chillies which lends the required colour & rich gravy. They are commonly used in curries. Served with pulao or rotis & raita.
