My Buddha bowl runneth over 💕💕. I am beyond words to describe this feeling.  I am so humbled and blessed that the ebook release has been so well-received!  All I can say is "thank you, thank you" to everyone who has been on this journey with me!  And I have even more exciting news!  After blowing all my projections out of the water, I'm going to be able to do a complete blog overhaul and rebrand months sooner than I thought!  We're talking new name, new URL, new site and so much more!  Stay tuned for all details in these next few weeks!  And here is one of my favorite nutritarian dishes (straight out of Week 2 in the ebook). I consider a nourish bowl/ Buddha bowl to be nutritarian when you make half that bowl fresh salad, keep whole grains to under 1 cup, and have at least 1 cup of lightly-cooked kale.  Also, no-oil condiments are a must!  On this bowl I have two new dressing recipes: Green Onion & Cilantro Cashew sauce and Edamame-Beet dressing! "Eat big or go home!" xo, Kristen
