So for today's #wholeheartedlyhealthychallenge I had a review of my morning and evening routine and came up with this:

⚡quiet coffee time
⚡exercise (on a work day)
⚡fill in my planner / journal ⚡eat a proper breakfast ⚡get properly dressed (with working from home this can often get missed! It makes such a difference when I do it though!) .
Evening ⚡put out workout clothes for in the morning (on a work day)
⚡skincare (while Fins having his bath)
⚡fill in my planner / journal ⚡take supplements ⚡meditate before bed

This feels doable and flexible enough for me right now. What's your morning and evening routines like? .
