Ingredients:⠀
• 1 cup @alpro almond milk⠀
• 1 scoop vanilla @neat_nutrition protein⠀
• 1 tbsp @meridianfoods peanut butter⠀
• 1 tsp @linwoodshealthfoods flaxseed⠀
• 1/2 frozen banana⠀
• Handful of spinach⠀
• 1/2 cup ice⠀
