Day 2 of 21DSD! Some of the meal prep from the weekend. chicken curry, lamb stew, spinach with garlic, buffalo chicken egg muffins, beef kheema, sautéed zucchini, scrambled eggs and baked chicken thighs (both leftover ingredients from egg muffins). More veggies were made later, but it was way too dark for picture taking.
