Meditation supports you to de-stress, relax, get better sleep and be more mindful. Thanks to apps like @headspace @calm and my current fave @insighttimer you can still get in a good mediation that's guided for you and less than 10 minutes! I love mediation although I used to find it so hard now I have it as part of my evening routine and most of the time do it in bed!
