  • ssharp112Hey @alyson_haley , you probably already know this or had someone tell you but MyFitnessPal is great for tracking your food and you can set goals on there too! That's what I use and you can totally track your cardio daily or whenever you work out!

  • micaelawichmanVega + greens!!! Chocolate flavored. So good! I add unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a scoop of protein, cinnamon, and spinach. Can't even taste the greens!! Easier way to down veggies 🌱🌱
