whyfoodworksKeto diet, day 2. Lunch: Cuban pork in the Instant Pot (recipe thanks to @realplans), sauteed kale and green beans, and the last of the homemade sauerkraut I fermented months ago. Highly delicious, and feeling good except for a head cold from the weekend! I think the harder days will be later this week...I don't recommend doing "diets" but I strongly recommend trying foods and eating patterns you haven't before, so we'll see how this goes for a few weeks. I fully intend to go back to fruit, whole grains, and milk and yogurt! I'm fascinated by the idea that I haven't ever used this secondary fuel system my body can do and it's making me plan and think in lots of new ways. #keto #ketogenic #ketogenicdiet #eatyourgreens #ferment #homemade
