Okay, so we all know that granola isn't low carb or low fat, but when made right, it's delicious, which is all the justification you should need to make it. This #plantbased Cherry Vanilla Granola with almonds and coconut is one of my favorites. Adding a bit of nutritional yeast to the coconut oil gives it such a rich buttery taste you won't believe it's not butter.
