- fitessnzenLooking for inspiration and guidance on meal prep for the 21DSD. I have had the books for over a year...and fear of giving up sugar has prevented me from starting. (I know this just means I really need it). I hate the kitchen and would do better if I ate the same think for like 4 days in a row. Any advice???

- 21daysugardetox@fitessnzen Just do it! 😂😂. Make bigger meals and eat leftovers. Think simple- meat, veggies, fat. You can eat the same thing if it doesn't bore you. 😁 -April
- fitessnzenThank you!!! I wasn't sure if eating he same thing over and over would be frowned upon. I just think that if I did, I would have a better chance of success!
