* waking up * long convos with my beautiful mom
* being sore from workouts (lol) but able to keep pushing myself
* spending time with friends and talking about the future
* an amazing partner who is also one of my best friends
Smoothie Meal Prep Tip 🌱 : Add your greens and fruit to zip lock bags and toss in the freezer to help speed up smoothie time in the am. -
Daily intention today; forgiveness — for myself and others. I got in my TIUteam daily moves (plus added weights to everything), going to get my #tiuSundayRunday in later, 30 minutes of #yogarevolution, meal prepping, errands and blogging. Plus super excited that #b3allin starts tomorrow! Phew — long list but I’m going to work to get it all done. P.S. For my #TIUgirls, the #TIUPlan this week calls for a “try a new smoothie”. I’ll post a video for one of my favorite green smoothies in a few days.
