sandynewbiggingIt’s a big question! To answer it, it helps to acknowledge that life is happening and then explore why. There are many opinions on the purpose of life. Some say it is to learn how to love or to be of service to our fellow ‘man’. Scientists have offered an array of hypotheses, including procreation, survival and evolution of the species. While spiritual teachers have suggested the purpose of life is to ‘know thy self’ and ‘wake up’ to enlightenment. All of these purposes are valid, have merit and relevance here. However, if we begin by bringing it back to basics, without beliefs or opinions, one thing for sure is that 'life is happening' and we only get to hang out on this planet for a very limited time. It makes sense, therefore, to aim to experience as much of life as humanly possible.
Are you willing to experience all of life, or just some of it?
Freedom stems from the skill to engage and experience all of life without stress or suffering. The reality is sometimes life will present what you want, what you don’t want, and everything in-between. My Calm Cure technique is all about discovering and healing the hidden conditioning that causes us to engage a fruitless fight with life and as a result, develop physical conditions, persistent life problems and not live up to our best potential. The technique is enjoyable and comfortable to use and a great skill to have.
I’m starting an 8-part Calm Cure online course on 1st February when I will teach it to you and how to apply it to your health, emotions, relationships, career, finances, time and the wider-world.
