Probably should've gotten a pedicure before posting this but.. just started working with a new coach. Not for a training plan, not someone to tell me to run more, but someone who can help me identify my limiters and work on improving them. Step 1: strengthening my base..literally. Starting with the feet! Towel crunches everyday - it only took one day to start having towel crunching races around here. Everything is a competition! 🤓
