    Get Up, Get Out and Move. Every day. Even if it's not labeled as the "IT" trendy new workout of the year. It doesn't have to be fancy, even just a simple walk can feel really fucking good and duh, you get to see the world simultaneously. Lift heavy things. Do yoga. Go for a run or a challenging hike. Whatever. Just move that beautiful bod.

    Eat Real, Whole Foods. Load up on dem veggies!! Powders and juices aren't meals and they definitely aren't satiating. And for the love of everything, eat some damn fat. It's good for you!

    Be Careful of Too Many “No’s”. Rules and laws surrounding food can make it feel bad and scary, often it's not sustainable, it can lead to disordered eating and it can attach guilt to something we need to nourish us and provide sustenance.
    .

    Do You! The necessary combinations and our nutritional needs are as unique to each of us as our very own fingerprints. Don't listen to what some celebrity tells you to eat or not, listen to YOUR body, eat what makes YOU feel the best and most vibrant. Honor your individuality.

    Mostly just get out explore the world, discover it all for yourself, through your own eyes – it's just as beautiful as you are!

  • lollibowsI had to laugh out loud when I read the "IT" trendy workout part because I have made my goal moving more throughout everyday and making sure I'm active for 30-45 5 out of 7 days a week and while I get outside the winter Ohio weather isn't always the best for being outside so instead I got a few old 1990s and early 2000s fitness walking DVDs from the library. Do what you gotta do to do you and be healthy! 🙌🏻 I've followed you for years and I just love watching your journey! 😘
