  • zen_tanBack fr hokkaido to sin on christmas day, was asking for chocolate or sweets, given peanuts instead. service crew was unfriendly too. SQ service really need to improve compare to years ago with excellent Customer service. Attitude of the crew really need improvement

  • mayyyy_I've great experience with SQ and my husband & I ONLY fly SQ. But we experience terrible flight back from Istanbul to Singapore on FIRST DAY OF 2017. We asked for instant noodles way before others passengers but the crews end up served others instead of us. I've been starved for almost an hour. After that crew came over, just when breakfast's about to serve asking if sandwiches are fine? Haiz by then they are preparing the breakfast for us, so no point for me to get the sandwiches right? I think airline really need to look into the crews' attitudes toward passengers as well. Apart from that, we were all bored for the second half of our journey. Media player is not working, we ended up staring at the ceiling and no entertainment for almost 6hours 😢

  • ___spursfan___matthewI had the best experience ever with @singaporeair. I went from london to singapore on flight sq 317. I went on your oldest a 380 aswell (i think). The staff the food and the entertainment was fantastic. The only thimg that was not the best landing because we had a little bounce but nothing too serious. And i also flew your new economy class on the boeing 777-300 er. That was just as awesome. Thanks for a fantastic flight experience 😀
