My itinerary (that you sent me) and the ticket I booked said I leave at 1:55pm from Puerto Vallarta to LAX and when I get here to the airport the rude lady insisted that I was lying and that the flight leaves at 3PM. She didn't apologize or tell me the flight was delayed, she said that this was the itenerary and that I was wrong. When I showed her the original itenerary that I booked she acted like I was crazy and told me that flight was for last year. Even though it's only an hour I'm extremely frustrated with how your gate agent acted and am now going to miss my arranged ride from the airport to my family and will miss Christmas with them. Surely this will be my last flight ever booked with you again, and I'll be sure to share this horrible experience with all of my friends and family.
  • mean.k.fitnessif anyone here is interested in committing suicide, then flight United. After dealing with my flight from Newark to Santiago, RD being delayed more than 7 times before finally cancelling, they delayed the next flight they put my family in for the day after. As if that wasn't enough, they didn't delivered any of out 5 checked bags, which included our carry on luggage-we were forced to check them. So here we are in DR for the at leat one more week. We got 3 out of our 5 bags 5 days into our trip with the clothes on our back. I have been calling incessantly since my arrival trying to track my bags. I have not received a call or a message from United showing they are being proactive in tracking my bags. My complaint is too long to detail in this paltform, but once I get back to the states I will make sure my voice is heard. Get me the rest of my bags incompetent, uncaring pricks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • re_re77United messed up our flights and then lost our baggage. We have spoken with over ten reps all located in India.They haven't done anything to find our bags it's been three days we have called everyday. DO NOT FLY WITH THESE GUYS!
  • ca_millie48 hours and United still can't find our bags and any UA agent we've talked to seem just as miserable as all of their passengers.

  • ca_millie@united What is there to do but wait? We flew business class from SFO to YYC, and it took 5 days for 5/6 bags to show up from YVR. YVR was not even one of our connecting flights, so for United to even send it there to send to YYC is mind boggling. 1 bag is STILL missing, and no UA rep is able to help or even tell us if it's still in YVR OR YYC. What kind of system is that?
