New recipe on the blog! Roasted carrots and red onion with ras-el-hanout, garlic puy lentils and harissa yoghurt (soy). Feeling pretty pleased with this one: I'm working from home on a difficult university essay and I wanted to avoid going to the shops, so I cobbled things together and ended up with this. Five minutes prep, then I got a full 40 minutes of reading done while everything cooked, then I quickly served up. I uploaded photos and wrote the blog while eating (not very mindful, I know) and now I'm set for an afternoon of writing. Job done. Visit for the recipe.
