  • embraceitmywayThanks so much for sharing. I suffer from horrible migraines so I will be making a roller bottle right now :)
  • ourhollydays@embraceitmyway So do I! 😫 This doesn't cure the migraine, but it definitely has helped me.
  • embraceitmywayI followed your recipe and it smells awesome. Any type of relief is my BFF lol I realized my roller bottle is a 5ml size. Do you think it's too concentrated now? It seemed a little strong so I just did a quick dab haha
  • ourhollydays@embraceitmyway Yay! I always get absurdly exited to hear when something I share is being recreated. My roller bottle is a 10ml size. But most of the other recipes I found were double what I did. I just found that a little goes a long way with the oils as far as relief. I don't think it's too concentrated to worry. Maybe once you use it enough just add some more coconut oil.
