"When Brooklyn and I started we set a few goals. 1. Lose 10 lbs 2. Lose 5% body fat 3. Learn more about how to put together a workout. She has always been killer at any kind of push up but we needed to get more overall strength and improve her balance. Brooklyn lost 5 lbs and just over 5% body fat and I see her in the gym working out on her own! Her lean mass increased so much! It's more important to focus on the lean mass or body fat % rather than the number on the scale. We had somewhat of a a slow start and we weren't seeing results but the last few months she found something in her to push to the next level. Im so proud of you Brooklyn!
