I've kicked my upper body training up a notch for the past 6-9 months. My lower body develops quickly and my upper body was seriously lagging. I wanted a more 'balanced' body which meant bringing my upper body up to snuff. The shoulders need to match the booty. πŸ˜‚πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ‘ β€’

My go to (heavier) upper body exercises include overhead press, heavy seated rows, bent over rows, and landmine presses. My accessory work includes close grip pulldowns, shoulder press, and rear flys. πŸ‹πŸ½ β€’

My focus is always in this order... 1. Heavy compound lifts. 2. Accessory work. 3. Cardio (if there is any time or energy left over.) πŸ‘ŒπŸ½#girlswithmuscle
