Have you had a miscarriage or lost a child to stillbirth or SIDS? Need someone to talk to? Hands of Hope can help.
Women who have miscarriages, or lose children to stillbirth or SIDS may experience difficult emotions immediately afterward or not until many years later. These emotions are normal and may include: feeling sad or depressed, guilt about their loss, difficulty getting the experience out of their mind, feeling angry with their partner or with their doctor, being afraid of not being able to conceive or of losing another child, difficulty being around pregnant women, babies or anything that reminds them of their child, and feeling like no one understand their loss.
You are not alone! Our trained staff and volunteers can provide confidential support as they help you process these emotions.
