Made homemade ramen for lunch.  I used the long-simmered pork bone broth from my newest cookbook: Broth and Stock.  Next, I seasoned the broth with mirin, shoyu, toasted sesame oil and sake.  Stirred in some organic ramen noodles, carrots and scallions.
