One more, because pie always tastes better the next day (eaten with a fork straight from the pan, while standing up at the kitchen counter) anyway - but it's not very photogenic by that point so here's the other angle from yesterday 😉 • for those keeping score, everything is dairy free and refined sugar free, the pecan pie will definitely be making an appearance again soon, and I still can't bake a pumpkin pie that doesn't crack as it cools 🙈.
