htxoutdoorsThis morning I woke up motivated to start working out regularly again. I was going to do a 20 minute strength building workout. I got 6 minutes in and stopped. It's hard to be motivated when you're by yourself and not accountable to anyone.
At first I was disappointed, but then I thought, "6 minutes is better than the zero I did yesterday!" So, I challenge you to start something, anything today. #mondaymotivation
