willistonpictureswordsFor some reason when I walked past this dry cleaners window I had to peak inside. It looked plain on the outside but when you peered in it was a whole new world inside, filled with piles of clothes and heavy machinery. It was so simple yet very complex. I could tell there was a story inside and I needed to find it.
I was pleased to meet Raul. Although, he could not really tell me his story for he did not speak English all that well, I learned enough to tell what kind of man Raul is.
Raul was originally wearing a slightly dirty, plain white t-shirt but insisted he change into a cleaner shirt, picking a freshly ironed (hence the dry cleaning store) plaid blue button up. I assured him he didn't have to wear a different shirt for it was extremely hot in the store and I could clearly see the beads of sweat forming on his forehead but he kept insisting. It was almost as if he felt by changing his shirt he would go from working man to business man. It didnt matter either way to me because I could tell he was a kind man.
Raul is a hard working man from Honduras. He has two kids back home, ages 20 and 21. He doesn't speak much English for, his native tongue is Spanish and he is a balding older man with gentle eyes.
