Good morning, friends! 💕 It's almost the weekend, wahoo! This was breakfast today, a warming quinoa porridge with vanilla stewed pears - so easy to make! You can perfectly prep this the night before (I was SO glad I did this, we had a rush-y morning today!). Just cook 50g of quinoa per person in your milk of choice with a little real vanilla and chia seeds added, 10-15 minutes is enough. Take off the heat and cover until next morning. When you're ready to serve, add an extra splash of milk and warm it up while stirring. The pears I just cut into toddler-friendly bites and cooked with a little vanilla and a few tablespoons of water. Then reheated this morning - easy peasy 🙌🏻😊
