beverleychengIt's always a fun time trying to figure out where the best lighting is in a hotel gym, which is why it looks like I'm staring straight into a wall for these exercises hahahahah. But just doing my best for you guys!! Currently doing body weight and band exercises only, since my shoulder is resting.
1. Incline @ 12% walking 10 minutes
2. Speed @ 1.0 mph banded lateral walks 3 x 30secs
50 body weight squats
40 reverse lunges/leg
30 hamstring curls on Swiss Ball
20 broad jumps
10 banded side to side steps
I ended with a KILLER burnout which I'm going to share with you guys in another video.
