🍲Time for soup yet? Yessummm it is! This Curried Red Lentil & Pumpkin Soup is new and up on the #blog now. I've always dealt with iron deficiency (even before I was vegan, definitely not a cause of that). Since being vegan my iron levels have gotten much better but sometimes I can tell they are getting lower. That's when I'm tired ALL THE TIME and super grumpy. So that's when I make soups like this.
