- jennileeThis is literally the worst couch I've ever bought. The buttons get caught on every single thing and they come off. Had it for a year and sold it, minus 4 buttons, for $50. The fabric didn't even hold up well. West Elm gave me a button kit to repair the couch, but they said this is a known defect and there was nothing else they could do for me.

Does @westelm have any fitted protector cover for this? I imagine it would be more fashionable than my wrapped-in-blanket-look sofa right now. Thnx!

- colinsphoneThis is the worst couch you will ever buy. @westelm has been completely unhelpful in trying to repair it. They dodge all accountability. Stay away from this couch it will fall apart on you quicker than Ikea furniture and you'll wish to god you had your money back. Just wish @westelm would do whats right and refund their customers who bought this piece of crap.
